     Only UIUC connections allowed.
     I'm on a high-speed network, but I've got an upload/download limit in any 24 hour period.
     The loop-hole is that connections between 2 machines on the network do not count toward the limit.
     If you are NOT on the UIUC network, you can look at the files, but you cannot transfer anything.
     If could contact me and I MAY be able to work something out on an individual basis.
